UPDATE 1:30PM: The second juvenile who ran from sheriff's deputies this morning has been located. Officers are meeting with him and his parents, according to dispatch. He had led officers on a foot pursuit that went through neighborhoods, over fences and through backyards, and briefly led to a lock down at Mark Twain Elementary after the teenager was seen running through the school.
Authorities were called earlier to a business on Long Street after two juveniles were harassing owners and customers. When officers attempted to make contact with the juveniles, they ran.

UPDATE: Carson City School District Superintendent Richard Stokes notes that all the students are safe and school is has resumed its regular schedule.

Carson City sheriff's deputies are looking for a male juvenile suspect in a business harassment call who took off running near Mark Twain Elementary School, which briefly put the school on lockdown at around 10:15 a.m. The school on Carriage Crest is no longer on lockdown and no weapons were seen.
According to dispatch, deputies stopped to talk to two juveniles in the area of 1150 East Long Street. They were apparently harassing people at a business. When officers approached the two they took off running.
Both teens took off running, crossing over fences, and went through back yards with one headed in the direction of the elementary school. One juvenile was caught during the chase and was detained. The school went on lockdown briefly while sheriff's deputies searched the school looking for one of the suspects. The lockdown was lifted after deputies searched the grounds and classrooms. Everything is safe and all clear. Officers remain at the school.
The teen suspect then took off running away from the school. He is described as wearing a gray long-sleeved t-shirt.
